Program Overview
The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry. It consists of 4 functional team rotations that are each 6 months long. Applications are open till October 2023.

It is important to embark on the journey where your passion lies. Whether your aspiration is to make an impact in the gaming industry or in the e-commerce and digital financial services industry, there are opportunities to be exposed to both.

My Management Associate (MA) journey has been incredibly enriching and fulfilling thus far. During my first rotation as a Product Manager with the SeaMoney team, I was exposed to the different financial services and how they will be integrated with Shopee’s e-commerce platform to form an exciting ecosystem. It has been really exciting to see how our work comes to life and how it can impact the lives of those across the region.
The Sea MAP has no doubt been challenging but rewarding at the same time, and I am grateful for the countless opportunities for personal and professional growth provided throughout.
